Large and heavy, the Big Leuku feels like a hybrid of knife, axe and machete. Its abilities include chopping, slicing, bone cutting, carving, bushcrafting or in any general way prepare your way in the wild. Traditional tool of Lapland’s reindeer keepers and hut builders.
The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is cut from curly birch, stained, and coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet. Decorated with special silver ferrules.
Comes with handcrafted sheath of dark vegetable tanned Finnish leather.
Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.
