The traditional Eskimo chef knife is a versatile universal knife and a handy tool for a skilled chef, where the curved carbon steel blade makes for a rolling motion. Suitable for slicing and cutting – from pizza and meat to vegetables, and even for skinning.
The blade is made from forged carbon steel and the handle is cut from curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.
Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.
Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.
