Eskimo chef knife

  • The traditional Eskimo chef knife is a versatile universal knife and a handy tool for a skilled chef, where the curved carbon steel blade makes for a rolling motion. Suitable for slicing and cutting – from pizza and meat to vegetables, and even for skinning.

    The blade is made from forged carbon steel and the handle is cut from curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.

    Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.

    Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.

    Each product is unique. Patterns and texture of natural materials can vary.

We can only engrave with Latin letters plus å, ä, ö.
