Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have the right to return your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Engraved items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
  • The product must be in unused, original condition, and include the receipt or order confirmation.
  • Even if you intend to return the item, you must first accept delivery before sending it back.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Contact us at info@roselli.fi before sending anything back.
  • Carefully repackage the product.
  • Send the return to the address we provide.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You are also responsible for ensuring the return reaches Roselli Oy.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the product value.
