The shipping fee will be added to your order after the shipping method is chosen. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Soon after this message, DHL will send you a tracking notification with a tracking code. You can monitor the status of your order by clicking on the code.
DHL Express Shipping
Soon after pick-up you will receive either an email or text message with DHL tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best possible delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to the original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.
If you choose the delivery to the DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker, the shipment will be held for 14 days before it will be returned to Roselli.
All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase, he or she must collect the goods and after that return it to Roselli Oy. If returning, the receipt must be attached. Please contact Roselli Oy before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer must pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Roselli Oy. Returned products will be compensated with the value of goods.
