Small chef knife

A handy, high-edged universal kitchen knife, with inspiration from Japan. The extra weight makes it ideal for chopping vegetables, cutting meat and it also has the ability to go through small bones.

The blade is made from forged carbon steel and the handle is cut from curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.

Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.

Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.
